Responsibility for delivery

The perfomer is liable to the Customer in the amount of 100% of the paid in the following cases:
• destruction (loss);
• violation of terms of delivery (more than 2-times).
Responsibility of perfomer for the loss of sending of non-documentary nature of the limited amount of relevant supporting documentation (invoice), but not more than 500 UAH, if another sender does not indicate in the accompanying documents. If the amount exceeds the equivalent of sending 500 UAH and sender agrees to pay the additional cost of insurance, according to the tariffs, the perfomer shall bear full responsibility in the amount specified sum of money.
The perfomer is exempt from responsibility for partial or complete failure to meet their obligations, which came as a result of force majeure, adopted in the treaty practice of Ukraine. Confirmation of force majeure circumstances is a certificate UCCI or competent authority of another country. The perfomer shall not be liable for any indirect damages, losses, violations of other treaties, caused by his action or inaction, as well as for loss of profits, revenue, profit, interest that could arise from providing services to the Customer.

Perfomer shall not be liable for decisions taken by the customs authorities during customs arranging international sending. Claims that arise from customers using and / or payment for services rendered shall be taken by the contractor in writing or orally within 5 working days after their delivery. In the event that the claim of the Customer reasonable, the Contractor shall indemnify to the limits of liability adopted by himself.
